Agent Commissions and Guidelines

• 2017-2018 Standard Confidential Commission Rate up to 15%. Special commission promotions will be offered periodically. 

• All information regarding expedition rack prices, itineraries, inclusions, etc. can be found at www.oneseedexpeditions.com

• OneSeed offers agent commission on the base land cost of both our group, private adventure and special trips subject to following conditions:

  • Travel Agent commission will be paid on the base land cost of the trip. Airfare, single supplements, park fees, extra hotel nights, insurance, taxes and extensions do not qualify for commission.

  • The travel agent must make the booking with OneSeed and will not be allowed to claim the booking and receive commission if the client has made the booking directly with OneSeed.

  • Some special trips are exempt from travel agent commissions.

  • If a trip has been discounted for any reason the commission will be paid on the discounted base land cost.

  • All required documentation has been received from the travel agent and W­9 is on file with OneSeed accounting.

  • The client must review and agree to the OneSeed Terms of Service and complete registration before the trip is considered confirmed. 

Payment Terms

• If client payment is collected by Agent:

  • Sell rate less commission is due to OneSeed Expeditions

  • Deposit due to confirm booking: 50% of sell price

  • Remaining balance, less commission, due: 60 days prior to the trip start date

• If client payment is collected by OneSeed:

  • Commission on sell price is due to Agent.

  • Commission will be paid: 60 days prior to the trip start date
