Emergency medical and evacuation coverage is included on every expedition that we offer. OneSeed includes this limited coverage as a service to our clients; however, all claims are processed by our insurance partners and we make no determinations regarding eligibility or limits of coverage. Expenses incurred during your trip must first be paid directly and then a claim may be submitted for reimbursement under the terms of the insurance plan. Please note: The insurance selected may be subject to change but all clients will receive Medical Emergency & Evacuation Coverage during their time on the trail provided that they meet the eligibility criteria of the insurer.
We recommend all participants purchase supplemental trip cancellation and interruption insurance. This will protect your trip investment in the event that you must cancel or change your expedition (see our Cancelation and Refund Policy). This additional coverage can help cover unexpected trip cancellation caused by airport power outage, sprained ankle, natural disaster, transportation strikes, family emergency or any other event not covered by basic medical and evacuation insurance.
